Open enrollment January 1st-March 30th! Limited spots available for the 24-25 school year. Please contact us promptly if interested. A late fee will be applied for those that enroll April 1st or later.

How to apply

The following explains how to apply at FAM with a simple 4 step process. Please download all available forms using the button below. After completing required forms, submit documents at the link below.

We encourage you to begin the admissions process by scheduling a campus visit to meet with our principal and receive a personal tour. To schedule your tour, please submit the online inquiry form below.

Before enrolling, please view our tuition guidelines.

Submit a Student Application. Please note that the following documents must be submitted along with the online application: birth certificate, health card, social security card and school records. Your enrollment is confirmed once you receive a formal Confirmation of Enrollment email.

Once your child is accepted, to reserve your child's spot in that class, a non-refundable registration fee will be required and a Student Enrollment & Tuition Agreement Contract to which you have applied. The FAM team will contact you to confirm your child's schedule, orientation date, and official start date.
Please note that space is limited at FAM and applications will be considered on a space available basis. For families looking to start in the future, we recommend joining the Waiting List as early as possible. This provides you with the best opportunity to receive an enrollment position when you are looking to start. A member of our staff will contact you if a spot becomes available.
